I actually looked through my NYE post from 2009 and everything I predicted actually came through.. except nueva york. but all is well because this year has brought me blessings that were more than I can ask for.
I went to Vegas (w/o family) for the first time, I turned 21, last year of the 80’s babies to become legal, I got a promotion at work, I dated someone I will never forget, I heard from someone who I thought I forgot, I rekindled an old flame, I had the best trip to LA with my cousins, black & white celebration for my brother and godbro’s 25th birthday, played with fire :), I gained friends & lost some, I finally moved out of Vallejo and got my own place, I made my place feel like a home, I re-did my whole wardrobe lol, I had the best out of state trip to HAWAII with my best- Adlaine, I went to hella NFL games, Michael Vick changed my life, definitely matured way more than I can ask for, My brother moved to the South- Atlanta, I went to ATL for 10 days with friends to visit him, Our family gained a new angel in our lives- Kalia Smith (RIP baby)…
and i’ll finally end my year the way I started it- with amazing food and movies in the comfort of my own home along with my father. I’ll miss my brother this year though, spent 08-09 and 09-10 with him. but alls well, ends well.
this coming year will consist of more travel. I already have some in the books.

I thank the Lord for all my blessings and for all the blessings he has given to the ones I hold dear in my heart. I’m so thankful I’m able to do the things I take much pleasure in without any regrets.
